Superior Customer Service
I am an avid golfer and play in a group of guys that almost all of us own an electric trolly like a Caddytrek. Long story short I was very unhappy with my unit because of the noise it was making and sent your tech support an email.
Ramos answered the email, provided a number I could call and went above and beyond in helping solve the noise problem! He showed an unbelievable amount of patience as I was telling him how unhappy I was with my machine (because of the noise)! He was reassuring that the firmware update would solve the issue and stayed with me to make sure I was able to download! Heck, he even stayed with me on the phone while I tested the unit in my front yard…
