Professionalism were all exceptional
I recently needed to have work done on my CaddyTrek R3. I reached out and was connected to Allen. From the first call he was all over getting my issues fixed. We decide it was best to ship the unit back for a complete checkup. I described all the issues I was experiencing and Allen took the time to explain what was actually happening with the unit. Throughout the process,Allen kept me informed and communicated exceptionally well. While I was expecting the repairs to take a couple of weeks I had the unit back in three days. Allen then followed up again to explain exactly what he did with the unit. The communication, timeliness and most importantly the professionalism were all exceptional. Normally I would think this was above and beyond,but something tells me that it is just the norm with his customer service. It is highly appreciated.
